The pension (family owned hostel / motel / guesthouse) is situated on the top of "Rome-Hill" with exquisite panorama. It was built in 1960 and was renovated in 1989. The 5017 sqm plot is full with beautiful decades old trees and has a considerable sized covered parking plot. The pansion's groundfloor basic area is 246 sqm, the first floor has 212 sqm basic area, the attic has a basic area of 195 sqm. Just by the pansion there is a "home-office" and a boler room, which has a basic area of 90 sqm.

Altogether, there are 11 apartments (18 rooms) on the first floor and in the attic, with the following characteristics:

• Five 2-bed apartments
• Five apartments with 2+1 beds
• One suite with 2x2 beds

Right after we entered the pension we find ourselves in the spacious lounge. The kitchen, the storeroom, the two diners and the terrace opens from here as well as the stairs that lead to the first floor corridor. The dining facility is provided in a restaurant that can provide 50 people and in a "breakfast room" that can provide 20 people. 150-200 metres from the pansion, a thermal bath and spa fosters the ever-pleasant recreation. The rooms in the attic have all been fully renovated (new windows, furniture, hydromassage-panel showers etc.)
